SUMMARY

The Salesforce System Administrator will work as part of our fast-paced, dynamic Sales Operations team to support and develop our Salesforce applications with the goal of maximizing efficiency and support organizational processes. This role will be responsible for making changes to the system, maintaining security and integrity, verifying data quality, providing user trainings, writing process documentation, and managing reports/dashboards. A successful candidate should keep current on best practices, recent releases and AppExchange solutions, and must be able to interface with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the system to meet business needs.
Duties:RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively work with internal stakeholders to make changes to maximize effectiveness and improve visibility of the customer lifecycle while meeting end-users' needs
Coordinate requirements gathering, scoping, prioritization and completion of new development projects within the Sales Operations team
Implement configuration changes and new features including new workflows, approval processes, and custom objects
Manage change control processes to ensure no interruptions in day-to-day use of Salesforce while still providing visibility into changes
Maintain data tables, report folders, and dashboards.
Create custom reports for Sales Managements
Develop training curriculum and materials
Adhere to best practices for Salesforce processes, data governance, administrative process, and user adoption
Document system configuration, workflows, and field/data maps
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices, updates, new features, releases, and AppExchange solutions
Update users, hierarchies, territories, licenses and storage data
Monitor and improve data integrity, especially in the case of data imports and migrations
Implement and support system integrations
Qualifications:REQUIRED SKILLS

3+ years' experience as a Salesforce.com system administrator
Able to document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with minimal supervision
Excellent project management and change control skills
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management fundamentals
Strong background in Salesforce.com reporting, especially in presenting data to executives
Superb teamwork and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
Self-Starter who is detailed-oriented
PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience as a Salesforce CPQ system administrator
Experience as a Financial Force system administrator
com Advanced Administrator Certification
Experience using CRM as part of Customer Success initiatives
Experience in customer coding and integration management
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work non-standard hours on occasion, when necessary.
Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time.
