Software Engineer II will design, develop, document, test, and debug of the company's technical products and systems. Performs engineering design evaluations and may develop a range of products. Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problem. Career-Development position within field. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Create and maintain software applications as assigned
Follow development process documents for software creation
Create design specifications for each component created
Work with customers and technical support to resolve product issues
Train others on new technology and products
Research new technologies
Other duties as assigned.
|Qualifications:||KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS|
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to constructive criticism
Ability to use objected oriented principles preferred
Experience with development tools such as IntelliJ, SQL Server Management Studio, Bit Bucket, GIT preferred
Experience with Oracle and /or Microsoft SQL Server preferred
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience preferred Agile Development Methodology (SAFe) experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCIES
Career-development position within field
Bachelor's degree in a computer related discipline (Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Systems, etc) or equivalent work experience
3-5 years additional experience beyond education
Conducts tasks and assignments as directed
Some regulated industry knowledge or experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time
Communicate effectively in writing, in person, over the telephone and in e-mail
