Human Resources Generalist Duties and Responsibilities include:

Serves as a primary resource for payroll and benefits administration tasks
Ensures compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
Works closely with managers on dispute resolution, corrective action and employee relations
Maintains accurate HR records and generates value-add HR reporting
Manage new employee on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition into their new role
Active involvement in the execution of Company events
Other HR duties as assigned by the VP of HR & Corporate Operations

4+ years of human resources, payroll or related experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) required
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access a plus
Experience with HR-related legislation including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ACA and AAP
Experience with managing payroll processing for 100+ employees, ADP experience
Experience with benefits administration for a HDHP.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills to interact with internal and external parties in a manner that generates excitement and builds confidence in established processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Professional demeanor and positive attitude

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
